Reggae Rebel

A new recipe for the summer! A tropical, Caribbean inspired smoothie packed full of powerful nutrients and anti-oxidants. Made using one of my favourite raw coconut waters. Rebel Kitchen! Serves 2



  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach 
  • 1 cup frozen mango (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cup pineapple (chopped and cored)
  • 2 dates (pitted)
  • 1 lemon (peeled)
  • 750ml coconut water 
  • Tbsp hemp protein (optional) 
  • Tsp moringa powder (optional)




Wash, peel and chop the ingredients where necessary. Put all ingredients into a blender in the order they’re listed. Blitz until smooth.
